Specifically, when you verify and pay for your ad on CollegeClassifieds.com, the ad is pending available for viewing impressions, in accordance with the specifics of your order, as selected by you, the user and advertiser. Delivery is at the point of sale, after administrative approval, usually within the same business day.
*REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
All sales are final! Again, all sales are final! Should you decide to cancel your ad on CollegeClassifieds.com, your CollegeClassifieds.com account is NOT credited for unused funds. For example, if you purchase an ad to appear for 5,000 impressions on this site and cancel the ad after just 50 impressions, your CollegeClassifieds.com account will NOT be credited, there will be no balance to refund. The only option available to you is to resume your ad, in which case, the additional impressions will be shown. However, if your paid ad is rejected by CollegeClassifieds.com for reasons related to content (imagary) or quality (technical or otherwise), your payment will be refunded, less 5% processing.
Refunds are not provided - all payments are final except as noted above.
Under no circumstance are refunds provided for any portion of your order, even immediately following the completion of your order - even in the same hour or minute or second.
About our no refund policy:
Unlike other networks, our ad revenue may be shared among participating newspapers and sales reps. Thus, refunds cannot be issued as partners are immediately notified of new revenue and may have already received portions of this revenue. Further, this policy is completely in line with similar services and products, such as Facebook "flyers" which also are non refundable.
There is no set, "industry standard," pricing model for on line advertising rates. On line advertising is valued on a per site basies, and priced at a set rate at the time of the transaction, based on certain private and public metrics. Once in motion, it is not possible to determine the value of unused impressions. Thus the intial price is valid for even one impression. Please note that we will vigorously dispute any and all chargebacks and will use all legal measures to do so.
